Have you ever had one of those days where you just want to curl up in a corner of your office and never see another to-do list, ever again, in your whole life? We’re with you—that’s the very definition of being stretched too thin. There are so many demands on all of us, through every minute of our days—from home to work to school and back again—that some days you might find yourself at the breaking point. And you’ll build stronger bonds with your co-workers, too.
How else can (and should) you ask for help? This graphic explains it.
