The Future of Learning Mobility within the European Union

My experience attending a Citizens Panel on Learning Mobility in Brussels last weekend, allowed me to experience first-hand how inclusion and diversity are incorporated into the early stages of information gathering at a European Commission level.

As a Wellness Trainer and Holistic Life Coach, I am acutely aware how inclusion and diversity play such an important role in a person’s ability to feel a sense of belonging.

Mindfulness Against Alzheimer’s

One of the worst things about Alzheimer’s lies in the fact that a person can spend decades suffering from it. It’s one of those diseases that irreversibly diminish one’s lifestyle quality, without cure, solution or even prospects of things ever getting better. Positive Living Network Galway 1st Birthday Party

We are told that we are the sum of the 5 people we surround ourselves with.

The reason why Jenny Grainger started the Positive Living Network is a story a lot of us will resonate with.

Oftentimes when we start following our passion and leave the more mainstream "what people consider normal" type of life our friends and family may not understand us.  It may be that we start to question our life and seek answers to things we never looked at before.   It is at these times we seek to find our tribe and surround ourselves with others that just "get us"!!

All Things Beautiful at Galway Fashion Trail

I was honored to be invited by Galway Now to be a guest blogger on the exclusive Galway Fashion Trail.  I have written before about my evolution with these events and my growing love for finding beauty along the way.

As a busy Mumpreneur having healthy delicious food served up to me is a treat in itself.  So when we arrived at the Radission Blu in Galway and the menu boasted mango, passion fruit and ginger smoothie, greek yogurt,

Living It Up At #LimerickStyle

After a short trot down the motorway from Galway our first stop on Limerick's first style event was the Savoy Hotel for a wholesome brekkie.   Christmas cheer was in abundance and we were greeted in style, red carpet and all.   Certainly felt like VIP's as we were photographed by the press and Limerick Style photographer on the day, the lovely Evelyn Pepperrell.

We were treated to a full Irish hearty meal with continental influenced croissants for finish.
