We all have challenges in our life whether they be eating emotionally, not exercising enough, hormonal changes or stubborn mindset issues BUT we can learn to take back control over our health.
My Wellness Journey was created to share with you the recipes and methods I use (as an over 50 mother of two boys) to look after my gut health, exercise (I have scoliosis and a disc injury). I often fall back into saying I haven’t enough time or other excuses so I am sharing my journey and holding myself accountable.
